Payment Policy

• FULL PAYMENT of industry package (USD 170++) is required upon confirmation. Payment is non-refundable

Cancellation Policy

• 100% Cancellation fee will incur (from total value of cancellation) made within:
  
  • 14 days prior to the arrival (regular season)
    
• Numbers of room reduction, late arrival or early check out are assumed as cancellation and will incur the same 50% cancellation fee as per stated above.
• Full nights rate or equal to 100% of total room nights booked will be charged for any NO-SHOW cancellation made within 24 hours (Low Season)
