Terms & conditions

1. Valid until 31 Dec 2010
2. High season surcharge for HOTEL VILA OMBAK with additional at USD 25.00*  /room/night applies 1 July – 15 Sept and 20 Dec – 15 Jan
3. Payment Policy: 50% deposit is required upon confirmation. Balance of payment is required the latest upon arrival.
4. Extension night at USD 75/room/night incl. Breakfast.
5. Cancellation No-show Fee Policy:
   
   • 50% cancellation fee from the total value if cancellation made within 14 days (regular season) and 30 days (high season) prior to the arrival
   • 100% of total value will be charged for cancellation made within 24 hours or ‘NO SHOW’
   • Numbers of room reduction, late arrival or early check out are considered as cancellation
